Barcelona Christmas Escape

Welcome to Barcelona, your home for the next week.

After arriving and checking into our carefully selected hotel, take some time to settle in, unwind, and soak up the energy of the city. Whether you choose to rest after your journey or explore the neighborhood, the afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

I’ll be there to personally welcome you and make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

In the evening, we’ll gather for our welcome dinner—our first chance to connect, share stories, and get to know the incredible women joining this experience. Together, we’ll celebrate the beginning of an unforgettable week in the city that never sleeps.

We’ll start the day with a private guided visit to Park Güell. This was one of Gaudí’s most ambitious projects: a residential community he designed for Barcelona’s upper class. The original plan included 60 homes, but only three were ever built, including Gaudí’s own house.

We’ll take our time walking through the park, seeing some of Gaudí’s most recognizable work and enjoying the views over Barcelona. It’s a great way to start the day and get a different perspective of the city.

From Park Güell, we’ll walk down into Gràcia, a neighborhood that was once a separate village and still has a very local feel. We’ll stop for lunch and enjoy some good local food together before having the afternoon to ourselves.

You can use the afternoon to rest at the hotel, do some shopping, explore a little more of Barcelona, or simply take some time for yourself.

Later, we’ll meet again for a visit to La Pedrera. We’ll head up to the rooftop, take in Gaudí’s work and watch the city as the sun goes down. After our visit, we’ll walk through the Eixample and have dinner together.

This morning, we’ll start with a walk along Rambla Catalunya, one of my favorite streets in Barcelona and a place where locals love to meet. We’ll stroll past beautiful buildings, cafés and small shops before reaching Plaça Catalunya, right at the top of Las Ramblas.

From there, we’ll make our way down to La Boqueria Market. We’ll take our time exploring the different stalls and getting a feel for the way locals shop and eat. And, of course, we’ll stop for lunch and enjoy some of the city’s best tapas together.

The afternoon will be yours to enjoy however you like. You can go back to the hotel and relax, do some shopping, or simply take some time for yourself.

Later in the afternoon, we’ll meet again to visit Casa Batlló. Seeing Gaudí’s work as the light starts to change is something I never get tired of. Afterwards, we’ll take a walk along Passeig de Gràcia and enjoy Barcelona’s Christmas lights. From there, the evening is yours to enjoy at your own pace, with dinner on your own.

We’ll start the day with a private guided visit to Sagrada Família. We’ll take our time exploring Gaudí’s final masterpiece and learning more about the ideas and details behind the building, during a special year as Barcelona marks the centenary of his passing.

After our visit, we’ll take a walk through one of Barcelona’s Christmas markets before stopping for a local lunch nearby.

In the afternoon, we’ll slow things down with some well-deserved time for ourselves and a wellness treatment. You’ll have the rest of the afternoon to relax and enjoy the experience at your own pace.

In the evening, dinner is yours to enjoy wherever and whenever you like.

Today, we’ll start the day with a walk through El Born, one of my favorite neighborhoods in Barcelona. We’ll explore its streets before heading to Santa Caterina Market, where we’ll take a look at the local produce and get to know some of the ingredients that are part of everyday Mediterranean cooking.

From the market, we’ll continue with a hands-on cooking class. We’ll prepare a few traditional dishes together and then sit down to enjoy what we’ve made for lunch.

After lunch, we’ll walk through the Gothic Quarter and visit Barcelona Cathedral before making our way to the Fira de Santa Llúcia, the city’s oldest Christmas market. We’ll have some time to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere, and perhaps pick up a little something to take home.

We’ll finish the day at Plaça Catalunya, where the rest of the afternoon is yours. You can do some shopping, head back to the hotel to relax, or simply enjoy a little more time in the city at your own pace.

Today, we’ll spend some more time in El Born, walking through its streets and discovering some of the local shops and places that make this neighborhood so special. We’ll take our time and enjoy the area before making our way down to Barceloneta.

There, we’ll sit down for a traditional paella lunch and then have some time to relax by the Mediterranean. You can take a walk along the beach, sit by the water, or simply enjoy a slower afternoon before our final evening together.

Later, we’ll get ready for our farewell dinner. Since it’s our last evening, we’ll celebrate with a special dinner at one of my favorite restaurants in Barcelona and have the chance to look back on the week we’ve shared together.

Today is departure day. We’ll enjoy one final breakfast together at the hotel, sharing our last moments in Barcelona and reflecting on the unforgettable memories and friendships we’ve created throughout the week.

After saying our goodbyes, you’ll have some free time to relax or enjoy the city at your own pace before your private transfer takes you to the airport.
